PfeiferINTERPLAN stands for more than 30 years of continuous success in the field of construction consulting, in particular structural design. This newly created brand was introduced at the beginning of 2019 as the result of a long-term process. It presents a sound and simultaneous development of different companies, locations and service areas over many years. The brand is synonymous with targeting, competence and reliability. With these values we are committed to our clients, to our projects and to our employees.

The fate of the company lies significantly in the hands of the founders Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Pfeifer, civil engineer and Dipl.-Ing. Ute Pfeifer, architect and coach (dvct – German association of coaches and trainers). A new generation is already on its way to continue.

PfeiferINTERPLAN is a registred trade mark.

Internally the close collaboration and professional exchange amongst the different company offices has already been in existence for a while, one could say from the very beginning. Internal specialist, strategic symposiums and workshops take place on a regular basis across all offices on various topics. This guarantees that our customers and partners receive unified and consistent high-level planning quality throughout all our offices. Outwardly our customers can profit further from the regional proximity of our different locations.
All in all we have over 100 experienced professionals available, working on the fulfilment of ambitious and exceptional, as well as run of the mill, requirements of our clients.

Our wide and diverse scope of services enable us to develop structurally and technically excellent results with a high degree of planning dependability that is supported through our integral work methodology which includes all planning disciplines.

The PfeiferINTERPLAN brand would have been inconceivable without the company philosophy being oriented towards the future right from the very beginning and not possible to ensure continuity over the next years. Visionary means to us due recognition of future trends and requirements and the implementation of these in our offices and scope of services.

As such we were repeatedly reminded to review our work methodology, not shy away from reforms and promote wise procurement of new digital planning tools.

Planning with BIM, Building Information Modelling, is, in this connection, the great recent challenge which we have already adopted with presentable results and which promises further evolution which we will accompany.

Visionary as in the quality of a completed building, a result of our planning, plays the greatest role. We have committed ourselves to sustainability. One of our most important work leitmotifs we have borrowed from the final report of the Brundtland Commission (taken from the UN appointed World Commission on Environment and Development) from 1987 is: “Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

Affected by this are many areas of construction starting with the choice of building materials and their economic adoption, the environmentally sound operation of a building and its possible conversion up to the possibility of recycling the used building materials. As a constructional engineer we feel jointly responsible for the urban development of the environment, with retrospect, with the actions of today and setting the pattern of things to come tomorrow.
