PfeiferINTERPLAN consultants scores with a list of unusual projects. It is not only the sheer size that plays a role, but also the challenge in terms of building construction. Whether it’s the glass dome of a shopping centre, the wooden construction carried out in old craftsmanship of carpentry, the innovative refurbishing of a cultural centre or the impressively slender construction of a new high-rise – our projects have one thing in common: they bear the signature of our skilful engineers who understand a great deal about their profession. I am involved personally with a lot of projects  and stand with my good name for the high quality and expertise of their execution.

Most of our projects are located in prominent locations and are of public interest. This has to do with the fact that many public developers have placed their trust in us in previous years – with outstanding project successes.

This has been no coincidence. Personnel development and continuous further training have always been important to us to allow the engineering team to be able to solve the most difficult design, dimensioning, construction and detailed tasks with comprehensive know-how and competence.

We have taken new paths with many of our clients and planning partners. This has made the cooperation interesting. Our project successes have allowed a small engineering and architectural unit of 2 people to grow into a planning company with almost 100 employees.

More than 30 years after establishing our first office in Darmstadt, we can also look back on many international projects we have worked on, especially those that have kept us busy in our Abu Dhabi (UAE) office, which has existed for almost 15 years.

Amongst others my tasks often lie in dealing with the multifarious challenges arising in the total enterprise and the adjustment of its ever-changing strategic alignment; I like working with success on the development of new ideas for the fulfilment of the requirements of the market.

With the steering of internal processes, including a regulated quality management with important contents for internal communication and modern concepts of personnel development, a good foundation for success is given. We want stability and growth.
